Customer Experience Specialist - Thai (Bangkok)
Agoda is seeking a Customer Experience Specialist fluent in Thai to join its Customer Support Team in Bangkok. The ideal candidate is a native Thai speaker with strong proficiency in spoken and written English. Excellent telephone etiquette, communication skills, and attention to detail are essential. A willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, and weekends, is required. While prior experience in a contact center or BPO is advantageous, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
