Customer Data Lead
The Customer Data Lead at CUBE is responsible for overseeing customer-specific data operations, including the delivery of regulatory data feeds, exports, and custom content mappings. This role serves as a critical link between CUBE's regulatory data capabilities and the outcomes desired by enterprise clients.
Key responsibilities include managing data delivery processes, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of regulatory data feeds, and developing custom content mappings tailored to client needs. The role also involves collaborating closely with internal teams to align data operations with overall business objectives.
Candidates should have over five years of experience in client-facing data delivery, analytics, or operations roles within SaaS or data/RegTech companies. Additionally, at least two years of experience overseeing data delivery or implementation projects is required. Strong technical proficiency in data manipulation tools such as SQL, Excel, and APIs, along with expertise in data validation practices, is essential. Familiarity with regulatory data, legal tech, or compliance platforms is considered a strong asset.
