CRM Technical Specialist

In this role, you will manage the activation of customer data to develop and execute comprehensive CRM strategies and communication plans, focusing on channels such as email, push notifications, and in-app messages. You will continuously refine our multi-channel communications and develop retention strategies to deliver an outstanding customer experience, applying best practices and staying updated with the latest CRM developments. Additionally, you will support the team with the technical setup of campaigns and user journeys in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring all campaigns have clearly defined success metrics that are tracked and analyzed. You will own the weekly and monthly reporting, as well as conduct ad hoc deep dives.
The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM, with proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You should have knowledge of SQL, AMPScript, and other programming languages, and be adept at leveraging consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data to deliver relevant marketing insights. Strong analytical skills, experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates, and the ability to optimize, prioritize, and organize your time are essential. Fluency in English and the ability to foster teamwork and motivation within the team are also required.
