CRM Solutions Engineer
Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a CRM Solutions Engineer to join their Growth team in Madrid. This role focuses on promoting Fever's business plan across various markets, ensuring optimal performance of events, and driving global growth. The Growth team employs a data-driven approach to fully understand and leverage the Fever business model, interacting with multiple teams to steer the company's expansion in the desired direction.
The CRM Solutions Engineer will lead global CRM initiatives aimed at growth and development. Key responsibilities include designing and executing strategic campaigns across multiple channels such as email, push notifications, SMS, and WhatsApp to engage, retain, and expand the user base and revenue. The role also involves analyzing user behavior, campaign performance, and customer feedback to continuously improve messaging, segmentation, and overall CRM effectiveness. Collaboration with marketing, product, and data teams is essential to align CRM strategies with business goals, ensuring a seamless and personalized user journey across all touchpoints.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in mathematics, statistics, or data analytics. A minimum of three years of experience in a CRM-related role is required, along with a high level of English proficiency; Spanish is a plus. Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms is essential. The ideal candidate is data-driven, capable of making strategic business decisions based on analytics, and has excellent interpersonal skills to manage and influence multiple stakeholders effectively. Proficiency in coding languages such as SQL, R, or Python is preferred, and a proactive problem-solving attitude is highly valued.
