CRM Service Coordinator

BrainRocket is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this junior role within the CRM Department, the successful candidate will be responsible for the technical setup and execution of CRM campaigns using internal systems. Daily tasks include organizing and tracking project data with Google Docs and Sheets, meticulously reviewing task details to ensure accuracy, identifying and resolving errors in collaboration with managers, and refining translations to maintain high-quality communications.

Applicants should possess a B2 level of English proficiency, clear and proactive communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and an analytical mindset. The ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and confidence in using Google Workspace tools are also essential for this role.
