CRM Operations Associate
FanDuel is seeking a CRM Operations Associate to enhance our customer relationship management strategies and marketing initiatives. This role is integral to our customer engagement programs, offering increased ownership and strategic responsibility. The position involves close collaboration with product and engineering teams to optimize communications, presenting an exciting opportunity to lead projects that drive revenue at a premier gaming company.
Key responsibilities include leading and managing CRM projects from conception to completion, ensuring accountability for deliverables, timelines, and outcomes. The associate will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and high-value actions, utilizing data-driven insights and a strong understanding of business priorities. Additional duties involve supporting CRM calendar management, executing automated and triggered marketing campaigns, conducting A/B testing, and contributing to quality assurance efforts to ensure accurate and effective customer communications.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in email and/or mobile marketing, with a preference for those who have managed gaming campaigns from start to finish. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Essential skills include meticulous attention to detail, outstanding organizational and project management capabilities, and the ability to multitask and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously. Experience with email service providers such as Braze, Xtremepush, and/or Movable Ink is strongly preferred. Proficiency in HTML and CSS, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with SQL for data analysis are also desirable. A positive attitude, collaborative spirit, and willingness to work nontraditional hours, including weekends and evenings, are important attributes for this role.
