CRM Operations Associate
FanDuel is seeking a CRM Operations Associate to enhance its customer engagement initiatives. This role involves executing CRM communication strategies and marketing campaigns, with increased ownership and strategic responsibility. The associate will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to optimize communications, contributing to revenue-driving marketing efforts at a leading gaming company.
Key responsibilities include leading and managing CRM projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely and effective delivery. The associate will develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement and high-value actions, utilizing data-driven insights and a strong understanding of business priorities. Additionally, the role involves managing the CRM calendar, improving process efficiencies through automated and triggered marketing campaigns, and conducting A/B testing to analyze and optimize communication strategies.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in email and/or mobile marketing, with a preference for those who have managed gaming campaigns from start to finish. A meticulous attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, and strong project management capabilities are essential. Proficiency in HTML and CSS, experience with email service providers (such as Braze, Xtremepush, or Movable Ink), and strong analytical skills using data to address gaming-specific challenges are also required. A bachelor's degree is preferred.
