CRM Marketing Specialist (Based in Madrid)

This role focuses on developing and executing comprehensive CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement through various marketing channels, including email, push notifications, and in-app messages. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in refining multi-channel communications and implementing retention strategies to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Key responsibilities include managing the activation of customer data to develop and execute end-to-end CRM strategies, continuously refining multi-channel communications, and supporting the CRM Manager in defining the customer lifecycle and contact strategies across all touchpoints. The role also involves defining key client segments for improved targeting and ensuring all campaigns have clearly defined success metrics that are tracked and analyzed. Ownership of weekly and monthly reporting, as well as conducting ad hoc deep dives, is also expected.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing and CRM within mobile and web environments. Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and experience with ESPs such as Mailchimp or Sendgrid are essential. Strong HTML skills, good copywriting abilities, and experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates are also required. The candidate should be organized, proactive, and capable of optimizing and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is mandatory, and the ability to communicate in German is preferred.
