CRM Executive

BrainRocket is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Executive to join our dynamic team in Lisbon, Portugal. In this position, you will be responsible for the technical setup and execution of CRM campaigns using internal systems. Your day-to-day tasks will include organizing and tracking project data with Google Docs and Sheets, meticulously reviewing all task details before execution to ensure accuracy, identifying and resolving errors in collaboration with managers, and reviewing translations to refine final copy for high-quality output.

The ideal candidate will possess a B2 or higher level of English proficiency, clear and proactive communication skills, a strong attention to detail with an analytical mindset, the ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks, and confidence in using Google Workspace tools.
