CRM Engineer
Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a CRM Engineer to join their Growth team in Madrid. This team is responsible for promoting Fever's business plan across all markets and ensuring event performance aligns with company expectations. The CRM Engineer will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and evolution.
The CRM Engineer will lead global CRM initiatives focusing on growth and development. Key responsibilities include designing and executing strategic CRM campaigns across multiple channels such as email, push notifications, SMS, and WhatsApp to engage, retain, and grow the user base and revenue. The role also involves analyzing user behavior, campaign performance, and customer feedback to continuously improve messaging, segmentation, and overall CRM effectiveness. Collaboration with marketing, product, and data teams is essential to align CRM strategies with business goals and ensure a seamless and personalized user journey.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in mathematics, statistics, or data analytics. A minimum of three years of experience in a CRM-related role is required, along with proven experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms. A high level of English proficiency is necessary, and Spanish language skills are a plus. The ideal candidate is data-driven, capable of making strategic business decisions based on analytics, and has excellent interpersonal skills to manage and influence multiple stakeholders. Proficiency in coding languages such as SQL, R, or Python is preferred.
