CRM Developer
Fever, a leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is seeking a CRM Developer to join our Growth team in Madrid. The Growth team is responsible for promoting Fever's business plan across all markets, ensuring our events perform as expected, and driving global growth.
As a CRM Developer, you will lead global CRM initiatives focusing on growth and development. Your primary responsibilities include designing and executing strategic CRM campaigns across multiple channels such as email, push notifications, SMS, and WhatsApp to engage, retain, and grow our user base. You will analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and customer feedback to continuously improve messaging, segmentation, and overall CRM effectiveness. Collaboration with marketing, product, and data teams is essential to align CRM strategies with business goals and ensure a seamless and personalized user journey.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in mathematics, statistics, or data analytics. A minimum of three years of experience in a CRM-related role is required, along with proven experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms. Strong data-driven decision-making skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in coding languages such as SQL, R, or Python are preferred. Fluency in English is mandatory, and Spanish language skills are a plus.
