CRM Consultant
FeverUp is seeking a CRM Consultant to lead global customer relationship management initiatives, focusing on growth and development. The successful candidate will join the Growth team, which is responsible for promoting Fever's business plan across all markets and ensuring optimal performance of events worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, data-driven environment within a company dedicated to revolutionizing live entertainment.
The CRM Consultant will be responsible for designing and executing strategic campaigns across multiple channels, including email, push notifications, SMS, and WhatsApp, with the goal of engaging, retaining, and expanding the user base. The role involves analyzing user behavior, campaign performance, and customer feedback to continuously improve messaging, segmentation, and overall CRM effectiveness. Additionally, the consultant will collaborate closely with marketing, product, and data teams to align CRM strategies with business objectives, ensuring a seamless and personalized user journey.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in engineering (civil, industrial, telecommunications, or aeronautics) or a background in mathematics, statistics, or data analytics. A minimum of three years' experience in a CRM-related role is required, along with proven expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in coding languages such as SQL, R, or Python, and excellent interpersonal abilities to manage and influence multiple stakeholders are essential. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and fluency in English are also necessary; proficiency in Spanish is considered a plus.
