As a Criminal Defense Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, providing legal counsel to clients, and collaborating with a team of attorneys and legal assistants. Your duties will include advising clients on their legal rights, representing them at pretrial hearings, preparing for trials, drafting motions, interviewing witnesses, and conducting legal research. Additionally, you will analyze case outcomes, gather evidence, and develop strategies to support your clients effectively.

Ideal candidates should have experience handling criminal cases at the federal, state, and local levels. Strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to exceptional client service, and the ability to work collaboratively with fellow associates are essential. While bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, it is not a requirement for this position.

The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, A.P.C. offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $120,000, commensurate with experience.
