Criminal Defense Attorney

The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC is seeking a dedicated Criminal Defense Attorney to join their esteemed team in Dallas, Texas. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an admitted attorney to advance their career within a premier law firm known for its commitment to client advocacy and legal excellence. As a Criminal Defense Attorney, you will report directly to the Managing Criminal Defense Attorney and collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys and legal assistants.

In this position, you will be responsible for advising clients on their legal rights, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and representing clients in pretrial hearings, court appearances, and trials. Your duties will include drafting motions, interviewing witnesses, conducting legal research, and analyzing case outcomes based on legal precedents. Additionally, you will manage a caseload, provide legal analysis to clients, gather evidence to support cases, and prepare clients for depositions.

Ideal candidates will have experience handling complex criminal cases at the federal, state, and local levels. Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and a commitment to exceptional client service are essential. While bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred, it is not a requirement.
