Creative Technologist
Monks is seeking a visionary Senior Creative Technologist AI to join our dynamic and forward-thinking team. This role merges artistic imagination with the latest AI advancements to craft distinctive visual content and revolutionize creative workflows. As part of our global AI transformation team, you'll play a pivotal role in fast-tracking AI production processes for our talented creators worldwide, with a special emphasis on Monks America's Studios. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ideate, prototype, and implement AI-driven solutions that push the boundaries of technology and creativity. Your expertise in AI, large language models (LLMs), machine learning, and data-driven design will enable you to turn complex problems into innovative, intelligent applications. Key responsibilities include innovation and concept development, collaborating with creative and technical teams to prototype new digital experiences, and developing creative applications of technologies in our digital and experiential projects. You will also support new business development by developing creative treatments in response to client briefs and RFPs, and participate in workshops and client pitches.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in creative technology, interactive development, or digital innovation. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of self-managing and multitasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment. Excellent creative problem-solving skills, critical and strategic thinking abilities, and strong interpersonal communication skills are essential. Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools such as ComfyUI, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, and 3D tooling is required. Familiarity with additional AI tools like ChatGPT, Runway, LUMA, and Eleven Labs is a plus.
