Creative Strategy Lead
The Creative Strategy Lead at FeverUp will act as the strategic lead on high-impact creative campaigns and brand projects across multiple markets. This role involves developing and executing comprehensive 360-degree creative strategies that align with the company's business and marketing objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with design, video, and other creative teams to transform ideas into polished, performance-driven assets.
Key responsibilities include translating insights, performance data, and cultural signals into briefs that inspire excellent creative work, ensuring message consistency and audience relevance. The Creative Strategy Lead will serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, presenting and defending creative strategies with confidence. Additionally, the role involves designing and implementing scalable, data-informed methodologies to ensure process rigor and creative flexibility.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications, advertising, strategy, or a related field, along with over six years of experience in digital, brand, or creative strategy, either in an agency or in-house setting. Strong leadership skills with experience managing strategists, creatives, or cross-functional teams are essential. Proficiency in English is required, and additional language skills are a plus. A strong grasp of digital trends, consumer behavior, and multi-platform campaigns, as well as an analytical mindset to evaluate campaign performance and turn data into actionable insights, are also important.
