Responsibilities include developing comprehensive 360-degree creative strategies aligned with business and marketing goals, translating strategic insights into inspiring briefs, and collaborating closely with design and video teams to produce polished, performance-driven assets. The role also involves leading creative ideation sessions, evaluating campaign performance, and continuously refining internal strategic frameworks and processes.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications, advertising, strategy, or a related field, along with over five years of experience in digital strategy, strategic planning, or brand strategy, either in an agency or in-house setting. Strong leadership skills with experience managing strategists, creatives, or cross-functional teams are essential. The ideal candidate will have a clear and compelling communication style, a passion for transforming abstract business goals into executable creative visions, and a strong grasp of digital trends and consumer behavior.
