Creative Operations Analyst
As a Creative Operations Analyst at Monks, you will be the driving force behind our creative business units, ensuring operational stability and building the infrastructure that allows our creative teams to thrive. You will own the rhythm of our accounts, balancing project intake with human capacity to maintain high productivity and seamless onboarding. This role offers the autonomy to shape how our business units operate, enabling world-class creative work to happen.
Your key responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end project intake process, serving as the primary administrator for core systems, and maintaining data integrity across all platforms. You will staff creative roles based on unique skill sets and current bandwidth, proactively source and hire freelance talent when internal capacity is limited, and ensure new hires and freelancers are effectively onboarded. Additionally, you will monitor team-wide billability, address over-utilization, and ensure accurate timesheet reporting.
The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in operations, resource management, or project management within a creative agency or production house. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is required. Fluency in English is essential, as the role involves extensive written coordination and live verbal reporting across regions. Proficiency with tools like Asana, or Jira, and a high comfort level with Google Sheets for data analysis are also necessary.
