Court Technology Analyst
The Court Technology Analyst at Madera Superior Court plays a pivotal role in analyzing and addressing the court's information technology requirements. This position involves close collaboration with the Information Technology team to ensure the seamless operation of the court's technological infrastructure, supporting the court's mission to deliver efficient and effective judicial services to the community.
Key responsibilities include providing support for hardware and software programs utilized by the court, maintaining and troubleshooting desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, printers, audio/visual systems, and network connectivity. The analyst will also manage work order systems, assist in capturing and deploying desktop images, perform regular software and antivirus updates, and support VoIP phone system configurations and installations.
Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field. Additionally, a minimum of two years' experience in systems analysis, systems engineering, database administration, operating systems, network analysis, or a similar field is required. The role demands strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, and effective communication abilities.
The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from $7,021 to $8,534, with potential for higher placement based on experience. Benefits include membership in the California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS), with retirement benefit formulas of 2.7% at 55 for classic members and 2% at 62 for new members.
