Counsel II, Capital Markets

Affirm is seeking a Counsel II, Capital Markets to join its growing Corporate Affairs function. This role will support broad-based efforts to build a diversified capitalization strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financing and corporate transactions, with a desire to grow in a legal role focused on capital markets and finance. This attorney will report to the Director, Capital Markets Counsel and work closely with Affirm’s capital markets and bank partnerships business teams.
