Counsel, Global Trade Compliance

SpaceX is seeking a Counsel for Global Trade Compliance to join its Legal team. This role involves providing expert legal guidance on export controls, sanctions, anti-corruption, and anti-boycott compliance across SpaceX's launch, satellite, and AI programs. The position requires close collaboration with engineering and business teams to ensure adherence to U.S. federal regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The Counsel will also engage with federal regulators and lead internal compliance audits to enhance SpaceX's global trade compliance policies and procedures.
