Corporate Support Manager
The Corporate Support Manager at Oklo will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer, functioning similarly to a corporate chief of staff. This role is pivotal in ensuring the organization operates smoothly, leadership priorities advance seamlessly, and critical projects remain on track. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and operationalizing internal processes for executive meetings, board updates, and OKR tracking, thereby enhancing organizational alignment and performance.
Key responsibilities include managing the end-to-end process for executive and leadership meetings by setting and managing agendas, ensuring participant preparedness, and handling logistics to allow leadership to focus on strategy and decision-making. The role also involves monitoring progress on high-priority projects, surfacing risks or delays, and managing the execution of strategic initiatives. Additionally, the Corporate Support Manager will facilitate cross-functional collaboration, support strategic planning processes, and build systems that enhance visibility, accountability, and organizational efficiency.
Candidates should possess a technical background with experience in climate, energy, nuclear, environmental science, or related fields. Proven experience in high-level program, operations, or project management roles within fast-paced organizations is essential. Proficiency in operational tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Zoom, AI notetakers, Confluence, and Slack is required. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills, along with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, are also necessary. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver who thrives in dynamic environments and can balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
