Corporate Strategist (Jr Analyst - Analyst Level)

a leading financial technology startup in Indonesia, is seeking a Corporate Strategist at the Junior Analyst to Analyst level to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our mission of simplifying the process of finding and applying for financial products online, enabling users to make informed decisions without the need to visit a bank physically.

As a Corporate Strategist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate data records, preparing regular reports for division and management review, and facilitating regular division meetings with updated data for discussions. You will oversee the accuracy and efficiency of business processes, proactively initiating and implementing process improvements. Additionally, you will work closely with operation managers to support and implement improvement initiatives and assist in cross-functional discussions and projects, ensuring coordination between teams.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience; however, fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions like Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, and other data analysis tools is essential. High attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for effective coordination across departments.
