Corporate Strategist

The Corporate Strategist will work closely with the CEO and various departments to enhance operational efficiency and support our mission of simplifying access to financial products online.
The Corporate Strategist will be responsible for overseeing and following up on strategic projects and policies, ensuring their timely and high-quality completion. This includes coordinating with staff to execute decisions made by the CEO, conducting research on business expansion, competitive analysis, and policy development, and preparing comprehensive reports on findings. Additionally, the role involves reviewing materials related to high-profile projects, maintaining accurate company data and communications, and assisting the CEO in both written and verbal communications with internal and external stakeholders. Ensuring company-wide compliance with established policies and procedures is also a key aspect of this position.
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering, with an MBA or other graduate degree preferred. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in corporate planning and project management is required, along with the ability to lead cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives. Experience in management consulting or with a Big 4 company is highly desirable. Strong business writing and analytical skills, organizational and teamwork abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential. The candidate should also demonstrate creative thinking and the capacity to develop innovative solutions.
