Corporate Security Manager

BrainRocket is seeking a Corporate Security Manager to oversee the protection of employees, physical assets, and intellectual property across its offices and sites in Poland. As a key member of the office team, the Security Manager will report to the Head of Security, contributing to the development and implementation of comprehensive security programs aligned with corporate standards.

The role involves developing and maintaining proactive physical security strategies, managing daily security operations, and coordinating emergency responses. Responsibilities include planning and implementing security upgrades, conducting risk assessments, leading the local security team, and collaborating with departments such as HR, IT, and Information Security. The Security Manager will also serve as the primary contact during incidents, liaising with local law enforcement and emergency services.

Candidates should have a minimum of 6-7 years of progressive experience in corporate security, law enforcement, or military environments, including managerial roles. A strong understanding of risk analysis, emergency management, and security systems is essential, along with excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Fluency in English is required.
