In this role, the Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for managing relationships with universities, organizing and attending campus events, and developing innovative employer branding strategies. The day-to-day work involves close collaboration with hiring managers to understand talent needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. They will also help design and execute marketing materials and campaigns to enhance Eurofins’ presence among student and graduate communities.
The ideal candidate will possess a university degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and have initial experience in recruiting or employer branding, such as through internships or previous roles. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, creativity, and a willingness to travel locally and internationally for events are important. Fluency in English is required, and additional language skills are a plus, along with a passion for talent acquisition and employer marketing.
