Corporate Paralegal

Reddit is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to support its corporate functions and enhance efficiency through legal operations and technology adoption. This role is integral to Reddit's legal team, contributing to the company's mission of fostering authentic conversations across its vast network of communities.

The Corporate Paralegal will be responsible for supporting periodic securities filings, including 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and Section 16 reporting. They will assist with equity administration functions, manage domestic and international corporate filings, and maintain corporate records. Additionally, the role involves preparing materials for quarterly board meetings and supporting M&A and other corporate transactions.

Candidates should have at least three years of corporate paralegal experience, particularly in securities and corporate governance. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, process-focused, proactive, and adaptable. Proficiency in preparing corporate minutes, managing outside counsel billing, and planning team events is essential. A strong inclination towards adopting new technologies, including artificial intelligence tools, to automate routine legal tasks is highly desirable.
