ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a Corporate Legal Counsel who believes that strong governance is a strategic advantage. You're the kind of lawyer who ensures the corporate foundations of a business are not only well documented, but also robust, scalable and defensible.

You understand that in a high-growth company, governance, ownership structures, incentive programs and shareholder relationships are more than legal formalities; they build trust with investors, employees and the board, and enable sustainable growth.

Reporting to the Head of Legal, you'll work closely with Finance and Operations to lead the governance and corporate legal workstreams that support our continued expansion across Europe.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Own and continuously develop the company's delegation of authority framework, ensuring it remains fit for a growing company.

- Design, implement and administer the company's equity and incentive programs.

- Manage shareholder matters, corporate records and ownership structure documentation across the group.

- Partner with leadership and Finance on legal aspects of investor relations and shareholder communications.

- Prepare, coordinate and lead the legal execution of annual general meetings and other corporate governance processes.
