The Corporate Development Manager at Oklo will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth through strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and investments. This position requires close collaboration with executive leadership and various business units to align these initiatives with Oklo's mission of delivering clean, reliable, and affordable energy at scale.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining detailed financial models for target companies and transaction scenarios, conducting valuation analyses using methods like discounted cash flow and comparable company multiples, leading cross-functional due diligence processes, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, assisting in deal structuring and negotiations, supporting long-term corporate strategy development, preparing board materials and investment memos, and identifying and evaluating M&A and strategic partnership opportunities.

Candidates should have 4–6 years of relevant experience in investment banking, corporate development, private equity, venture capital, or management consulting. Essential qualifications include demonstrated experience in transaction execution and due diligence, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, a passion for technology and strategic growth, a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (or an MBA), a strategic and analytical mindset, proven ability to build and manage senior relationships, exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills, and a passion for market trends and innovation.

The compensation package for this role includes a base salary ranging from $175,000 to $225,000, performance incentives, and equity. Oklo also offers flexible time off, competitive pay, 401(k), health insurance, flexible spending accounts, and flexible work hours.
