Additionally, the role involves managing real estate matters, drafting and negotiating various supplier agreements, and handling other general corporate matters such as intercompany agreements and strategic reorganizations.

Candidates should possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and be licensed to practice in at least one U.S. state. A minimum of 4-9 years of experience in a similar role at a top law firm or company is required, with significant transactional legal experience and/or corporate governance experience. Excellent written and oral communication skills, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented mindset are essential.
