Corporate Counsel

Expeditors International is seeking a seasoned Corporate Counsel to support its Real Estate and Global Sourcing practice group. This role offers exposure to a dynamic international practice spanning commercial real estate matters, SaaS and technology agreements, vendor and procurement contracts, and transportation deals. As Corporate Counsel, you will support the global Legal Department in representing Expeditors’ best interests in interactions with landlords, vendors, and service providers. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for advising internal clients on best practices, risk mitigation strategies, and corporate requirements, as well as drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex agreements. In addition, you will have the opportunity to support litigation management, contribute to various strategic initiatives owned by the Legal Department and the practice group, and work across legal disciplines and time zones while collaborating directly with senior legal and business stakeholders.
