Corporate Counsel - Commercial
Sigma Computing is seeking a Corporate Counsel specializing in commercial transactions to join our legal team in San Francisco, CA. This in-person role reports directly to the General Counsel and plays a pivotal part in supporting our rapidly growing technology company.
The Corporate Counsel will be responsible for drafting and negotiating a variety of technology agreements, including master subscription agreements, data processing agreements, order forms, non-disclosure agreements, alliance agreements with third-party partners, cloud infrastructure agreements, and consulting and independent service agreements. Additionally, the role involves conducting legal and regulatory due diligence in international jurisdictions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with internal policies, and providing legal support for existing contracts and potential disputes.
Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school, be a member of at least one state bar with the ability to practice in California, and have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience. A strong understanding of new technologies, excellent organizational and project management skills, and experience working in a fast-paced technology company within the SaaS or enterprise software business are essential. Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools is preferred.
The base salary range for this position is $200,000 to $235,000 annually, with compensation varying based on qualifications and experience.
