The Corporate Attorney at DHI Group, Inc. plays a pivotal role in managing the company's legal affairs, encompassing areas such as sales and vendor contracts, intellectual property, mergers and acquisitions, corporate securities, real estate, litigation, employment law, privacy, and risk management. Key responsibilities include drafting and reviewing sales and business contracts, providing counsel on a broad range of corporate legal matters, and advising on issues arising from actual or anticipated lawsuits. The attorney will also anticipate and mitigate legal risks, recommend and assist in developing company policies on legal issues, conduct legal research, represent the company in various legal proceedings, and manage outside counsel as needed.

Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice law, preferably in Iowa. A minimum of three years of experience in diverse legal matters is required, with a preference for those who have worked in a law firm and/or an in-house corporate legal department. Essential skills include excellent communication, relationship-building, organizational, and time management abilities, as well as strong planning, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

The position offers a base salary ranging from $135,000 to $160,000 per year, plus a 15% annual bonus tied to company and individual performance.
