Corporate Associate / Counsel

Key responsibilities include advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, venture financings, corporate governance, and general contract negotiations. The role requires drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad range of agreements, as well as delivering prompt, practical advice to clients navigating growth and regulatory issues. Attorneys are expected to manage multiple client relationships, working autonomously yet collaboratively, and take ownership of case management from beginning to end.
Ideal candidates will have significant experience from an AmLaw 100 firm or a highly regarded in-house environment, with at least five years of transactional corporate law practice. A strong background in M&A, venture capital financing, and general corporate transactions is critical. The successful candidate must be admitted and in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar, exhibit excellent judgment, and bring a proactive, client-centric approach to every matter.
