Corporate Applications Administrator
BrainRocket is seeking a Corporate Applications Administrator to join our Information Security team. This on-site role is available in our offices located in Valencia (Spain), Lisbon (Portugal), Warsaw (Poland), Sofia (Bulgaria), Belgrade (Serbia), and Yerevan (Armenia). The Corporate Applications Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the operational stability of identity and access management (IAM) platforms such as Okta, Google Workspace, and Slack. Key duties include configuration management, monitoring, incident resolution, and coordinating testing and validation of changes prior to production rollout. The role also involves maintaining secure configuration baselines, applying access policies based on Zero Trust and least privilege principles, and administering authentication, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), and identity lifecycle across integrated applications.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field, along with a minimum of two years' experience in administering enterprise SaaS platforms. Practical experience with Google Workspace and Okta administration is essential, as is an understanding of IAM protocols such as SAML, OIDC, and SCIM. Familiarity with access control principles, directory services like LDAP and Active Directory, and exposure to cloud environments (AWS, Azure) are advantageous. Attention to detail in configuration management and the ability to troubleshoot, document, and escalate issues effectively are also required.
