Corporate Administrator
BrainRocket is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Corporate Administrator to join our growing team in Limassol, Cyprus. As a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we have rapidly expanded across multiple countries. This role is integral to managing corporate governance processes and ensuring compliance within our dynamic and fast-paced environment.
The Corporate Administrator will be responsible for handling changes in company structures, including directors, shareholders, and registered office addresses. Key duties include filing annual returns and financial statements with the Registrar of Companies, preparing corporate documents such as board minutes and resolutions, and arranging the legalization of documents. The role also involves conducting due diligence checks, maintaining up-to-date secretarial files, and forming new companies with the Cyprus Registrar of Companies.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in Greek and English, with knowledge of Russian considered an advantage. A minimum of one year of experience in a similar corporate administrative role, preferably within Cyprus, is required. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. The candidate should also possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, along with a high level of professional integrity.
