The Corporate Account Executive at Celonis is responsible for acquiring new clients and managing the full sales cycle within the Iberia and LATAM regions. This role is integral to expanding Celonis' market share by demonstrating the value of their Process Intelligence solutions to enterprise customers. The position is based in Madrid, Spain, and involves collaboration with various internal teams, including Value Engineers, Partner Managers, and Consulting Services.

Key responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, collaborating with partners to acquire new clients, and engaging with all organizational levels, including C-level executives, to demonstrate value propositions. The role also involves delivering tailored demos to showcase the benefits of Celonis solutions, understanding client needs, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, forecasting sales, tracking deal progress, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving potential account expansion.

The ideal candidate possesses a university degree or equivalent professional training and has at least 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a proven track record in the full sales cycle and achieving revenue targets. Experience selling enterprise software at the C-level to accounts in LATAM is essential, along with the ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders. Proven experience working with partners, such as consulting firms and enterprise tech companies, is also required. The candidate should be adaptable to a fast-moving, high-growth environment, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be fluent in both English and Spanish.
