Core Client Advocate, Appalachian Belt

Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Core Client Advocate for the Appalachian Belt region to serve as the primary liaison between our customers and internal teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring full user adoption and fostering long-term relationships, contributing to the company's mission of transforming complex data into actionable intelligence.

The Core Client Advocate will be responsible for managing customer relationships throughout the contract lifecycle. Key duties include interpreting complex data sources, such as dashboards and metrics, to optimize user engagement, conducting onsite visits to build strong relationships with agency stakeholders, and collaborating with engineering teams to relay customer feedback and support the implementation of new updates, workflows, and platform features.

Candidates should possess 3-7 years of experience in supporting customers with technical software solutions. Experience working directly with law enforcement, public safety, or military sectors is strongly preferred but not mandatory. The role requires excellent relationship-building skills, the ability to synthesize user feedback effectively, and a proven track record of maintaining positive net revenue retention. The position is remote but requires residency in Georgia or Tennessee, with the ability to travel approximately 60% of the time.

The salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 annually, complemented by benefits, potential equity, and bonuses. Actual compensation will be influenced by factors such as skill set, experience level, and specific work location.
