Eurofins, a global leader in analytical testing services, is seeking a Quality and Food Hygiene Auditor for its Auxerre location. This role involves conducting audits and sampling to ensure food safety and quality standards are met, contributing directly to consumer health protection.

The auditor's primary responsibilities include visiting 3 to 10 food industry clients daily within a 1.5-hour radius of their residence. Tasks involve performing surface, water, and food sample collections, as well as conducting hygiene and structural audits to assist clients in maintaining food safety standards. After fieldwork, samples are delivered to the nearest collection point for laboratory analysis, followed by email correspondence and preparation for the next day's assignments.

Candidates should possess a scientific or agri-food educational background, coupled with dynamism, organizational skills, and motivation. Being field-oriented and capable of building trust with clients is essential. Experience in the restaurant or retail sectors is highly valued.

The position offers a base salary of €1,802 gross per month, supplemented by various travel-related allowances.
