Conversion Optimization Manager (6 month contract)
Tipalti is seeking a Conversion Optimization Manager for a 6-month contract to enhance the performance of their digital platforms. This role is integral to the Marketing team, focusing on optimizing user experiences and conversion rates across Tipalti's online channels. As a leading provider of payables automation solutions, Tipalti serves over 5,000 global customers, including high-velocity businesses such as Amazon Twitch, GoDaddy, Roku, and ZipRecruiter.
In this role, the Conversion Optimization Manager will be responsible for analyzing user behavior, identifying conversion bottlenecks, and implementing strategies to improve user engagement and conversion rates. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, and Data Analytics, to develop and execute A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate on strategies to drive continuous improvement. Additionally, the manager will monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to stakeholders on optimization efforts and outcomes.
Candidates should have a strong background in conversion rate optimization (CRO), with experience in A/B testing, user experience (UX) design, and data analysis. Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Optimizely, or similar platforms is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are also required.
