Our organization's growth is largely driven by acquisition, and the System Conversions team is responsible for converting clients from their legacy system onto our chosen processing platform.
The Conversion Consultant is responsible for the successful go live of their assigned clients, communicating directly with the client regarding the changes and coordinating additional internal resources working on the setup and validation. Using your knowledge of our processes and procedures, you may assist with data validation from a wide variety of formats (including text, and comma delimited data files), using your analytical skills to research and identify any issues with the system setup or the data translations, helping to identify root cause of the discrepancies and participate in problem solving.
