Conversational AI Designer - AI Health Assistant (x/f/m)
Doctolib is seeking a Conversational AI Designer to join their Health Companion team in Paris. This role focuses on developing an AI Health Assistant designed to answer health-related questions, provide verified medical information, guide users through care pathways, and offer proactive support. The AI Health Assistant aims to transform how over 90 million people prevent health issues, access care, and manage their daily health.
The Conversational AI Designer will be responsible for designing, prototyping, and iterating on complex conversational flows and interaction models across various health use cases. This includes defining the assistant's persona, tone of voice, and language guidelines to ensure consistency with Doctolib's brand and the sensitive nature of healthcare interactions. The role also involves translating complex medical information into accessible dialogue, writing and maintaining in-bot copy, and continuously analyzing conversational data to improve dialogue effectiveness and user trust.
Candidates should have over five years of professional experience as a Conversational Designer, UX Writer, or AI Trainer, with a portfolio showcasing complex, multi-turn conversational flows. Deep expertise in conversational interfaces for AI-native products, particularly in regulated or high-stakes domains, is essential. Experience in designing and launching conversational products at a large scale, a solid understanding of large language models (LLMs), and proficiency in English and French are required.
