Contracts and Legal Systems Operations Manager | United States | Remote
Grafana Labs is seeking a Contracts and Legal Systems Operations Manager to join its dynamic and fast-growing legal team. This remote role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative environment, focusing on optimizing contract lifecycle management (CLM) and customer relationship management (CRM) integrations. The position is designed for an individual contributor who will play a pivotal role in enhancing the company's legal operations.
The primary responsibilities include assisting in the negotiation of various agreements such as Non-Disclosure Agreements and Master Service Agreements, supporting the contracting process from initiation to execution, and improving playbooks and form templates. Additionally, the role involves managing commercial tickets within the CLM system, ensuring accurate metadata capture, maintaining contract workflows, and leading initiatives to enhance contract processes. The manager will also oversee the integration between the CLM system and Salesforce, develop reports to support contract tracking, and maintain the Legal Ops dashboard to ensure data integrity.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least four years of experience working with CLM and CRM systems, contract management, legal support, or operations. Proficiency in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating standard commercial contracts, particularly in the SaaS industry, is advantageous. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role requires effective collaboration with colleagues across deal operations, legal, and procurement teams. Experience in high-growth private companies and a proactive, organized approach to tasks are also important.
In the United States, the On-Target Earnings (OTE) compensation range for this role is $123,000 to $147,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, experience, and skillset as assessed throughout the interview process. Benefits include equity, bonuses (if applicable), and other perks.
