Contractor Special Security Officer
Anduril Industries is seeking a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) to join our team in Reston, Virginia. This role involves supporting Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs for the Intelligence Community (IC) by developing, implementing, and managing security programs in compliance with applicable directives and guidelines. The CSSO will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our most sensitive programs.
Key responsibilities include interpreting and implementing security guidance based on applicable directives, performing all aspects of the IC Customer Personnel Security Program, managing physical security by overseeing badging, access control, and visitor control, supporting program managers with classification guidance, ensuring proper control and safeguarding of SCI materials, investigating security incidents, building relationships with government security counterparts, providing security awareness training, and collaborating with IT and ISSO to ensure authorized equipment in secure areas.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of four years of full-time security experience working within a SCIF environment, specifically in personnel, physical, information, and basic information assurance. They should possess the ability to work independently, have knowledge of a full range of security principles, and be able to build and maintain relationships with government security counterparts. A current TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph is required.
Anduril offers a competitive salary range of $129,000 to $171,000, along with highly competitive equity grants.
