Contract Talent Partner
Firework is seeking an experienced Contract Talent Partner to support its rapid expansion across India, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of positions, including creative, technical, and non-technical roles. The Talent Partner will collaborate closely with hiring managers, leadership, and the global talent team to deliver exceptional results and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes across various functions and levels, conducting thorough intake sessions, calibrating role requirements, and designing efficient interview loops. The Talent Partner will leverage AI-powered sourcing tools and unconventional methods to identify and engage top talent beyond traditional platforms. Additionally, the role involves building and automating recruitment workflows to enhance efficiency, crafting personalized outreach strategies, and maintaining data-driven pipeline management to inform hiring decisions.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with over seven years of recruiting experience in global, high-growth startup environments, preferably within the SaaS industry. Proficiency in using large language models (LLMs) and AI sourcing tools is essential, as is a builder mindset focused on automating tasks and improving processes. Strong instincts for unconventional sourcing and the ability to find candidates beyond traditional platforms are also crucial.
