Contract Lifecycle Management Systems Administrator

Novolex, a leading manufacturer of food, beverage, and specialty packaging, is seeking a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Systems Administrator to oversee and enhance their CLM environment. This role is based in Lake Forest, Illinois, and involves collaborating with various departments, including Legal, IT, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and Operations, to optimize contract processes and implement scalable system solutions.

The primary responsibilities include administering the company's CLM platform, managing user access, configuring workflows, and maintaining templates and clause libraries. The administrator will also support contract intake, routing, and repository management, ensuring accurate contract data and records. Additionally, the role involves developing user guides, training materials, and generating reports to support workload management and compliance.

Candidates should have at least five years of experience in administering enterprise CLM platforms, with a strong understanding of workflows, templates, and reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required, and experience with the Agiloft CLM system is strongly preferred. A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience is preferred.

The compensation for this role ranges from $105,000 to $115,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits.
