The Project Manager will support the implementation of Oracle Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) as part of a large-scale enterprise transformation program for a leading oil & gas organization. This role will lead day-to-day project execution, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and manage vendors and system integrators to ensure successful delivery across design, build, test, and deployment phases. The ideal candidate brings strong Oracle CLM or Oracle Procurement/Contracts experience, a background in oil & gas environments, and a proven ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed programs. This is a remote, 6 months+ consulting role and candidates will work within MST and CST time zones. All qualified candidates must live in the United States and be fully authorized to work without requiring visa sponsorship.

Key responsibilities include leading day-to-day project management for the Oracle CLM implementation, developing and maintaining detailed project plans, milestones, dependencies, and delivery schedules, and coordinating activities across Legal, IT, Procurement, Finance, and PMO teams. The Project Manager will manage vendors and system integrators, including scope, timelines, and deliverables, track risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies, and escalate when required. Additionally, the role involves supporting system design, configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities, ensuring alignment with enterprise program governance, standards, and stage-gate requirements, and providing executive-level reporting, status updates, and risk mitigation plans. Support for data migration, integrations, and reporting workstreams as needed is also expected.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle CLM implementation or Oracle Procurement/Contracts modules, experience working within oil & gas or energy-sector environments, and proven experience partnering with Legal, IT, Procurement, Finance, and PMO stakeholders. Strong project management experience across design, build, test, and deploy phases, proficiency with Smartsheet for project tracking, reporting, and governance, and vendor and third-party management experience are essential. Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and a proactive, solutions-oriented partnership mindset are also required. A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is necessary.

The compensation for this role is expected to be in the range of $130,000 to $150,000 annually. Years of experience, level of education, geographic location, unique skills/qualifications for the specific role, and potential certifications can be key factors in the final compensation for this role.
