Contract Attorney: Paid Legal Services

Rocket Lawyer is seeking contract attorneys to provide legal services to its members through Rocket Legal Professional Services (RLPS), an Arizona-based law firm. This remote, independent contractor role offers flexibility, allowing attorneys to accept assignments that align with their practice areas and availability. RLPS manages client acquisition and administrative tasks, enabling attorneys to focus solely on delivering legal services.

In this position, attorneys will engage with clients remotely, offering legal consultations, document review and drafting, and assistance with various legal matters. Responsibilities include providing written responses to legal inquiries via the Ask a Legal Pro service and conducting 20-minute live consultations scheduled through the Rocket Lawyer platform.

Candidates must possess an active license in at least one U.S. state, be in good standing with their state bar, and have no prior public disciplinary actions. A minimum of one year of practical experience advising individuals and businesses in relevant legal areas is required. Proficiency with technology and strong verbal communication skills are essential for effective client interactions.
