Eurofins is seeking a Continuous Improvement Project Manager to join its Permanent Improvement Programmes (PIP) team in Brussels, Belgium. This role is part of the V.I.E (Volontariat International en Entreprise) programme, offering a 12-month renewable contract starting in September 2026. The PIP team supports Eurofins laboratories worldwide by assessing and implementing methodologies to enhance laboratory performance, ensuring harmonisation and standardisation across the network.

As a Continuous Improvement Project Manager, you will work independently on multiple projects with clearly defined scopes, collaborating closely with technical experts and managers in various countries. Your primary responsibilities will include defining and supporting the standardisation of key concepts and processes used by laboratories, outlining standard laboratory processes for specific applications to improve turnaround times and optimise workflows, developing methodologies and standards for performance and cost-management processes, and supporting global initiatives such as the roll-out of harmonised Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

The ideal candidate holds a Master's degree in science, engineering, or business management from a top university or business school with an excellent academic track record. Proficiency in English, both oral and written, is essential, and additional language skills are a plus. Candidates should be strong problem-solvers with a "can-do" attitude, capable of pragmatically defining solutions and understanding relevant details when necessary. Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, is required, and advanced proficiency with Structured Query Language (SQL) and Power BI is advantageous.

Eurofins offers a dynamic and entrepreneurial work environment that values passion and curiosity. Joining the PIP team provides opportunities to build relationships and explore global career prospects within the Eurofins network. The V.I.E programme includes a monthly allowance and administrative support from Business France to facilitate a smooth transition abroad.
