Content Sales Manager (Telegram)

Our expertise spans iGaming operations, digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics. We are seeking a Content Sales Manager (Telegram) to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing promotion strategies for tipster projects on Telegram. Your day-to-day tasks will include creating and publishing engaging content such as posts, predictions, infographics, and storytelling pieces. You will analyze competitors to integrate relevant ideas that maintain audience interest and generate creative mechanics like contests, challenges, themed sections, and interactive activities. Additionally, you will explore new traffic channels and integrations to scale projects, collaborate with designers and other team members, and work with analytics to monitor key performance indicators such as CTR, engagement, follower growth, FTD conversion, and ROI. Ensuring careful content delivery to bypass restrictions and monitoring regulatory risks are also crucial aspects of this role.
The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience with Telegram projects. An understanding of the tipster or betting/gambling niche is advantageous. You should possess the ability to conceive and implement creative ideas, along with strong copywriting and storytelling skills. Basic knowledge of analytics and performance metrics is essential, as well as proficiency in Figma or similar tools. Independence, proactivity, and a readiness to take responsibility are key attributes we are looking for.
